Before you can send SMS to a lot of contacts using the Group SMS feature, you must create a Group when you have both names and phone numbers or a Distribution list when you have only phone numbers.

Creating a Group is simple and takes just a few seconds;

- Click to the Address Book Tab
- You are presented the Group management page where you can type the group title and add as shown in the screenshots below; click to view full image.

UPLOADING CONTACTS INTO A GROUP
Uploading contacts into a group is simple and takes just a few seconds;

- At the group management page, select the group into which you want to import the contacts
- Click on import contact link displayed below the selected group.
- You will be presented with a pop up window where you can choose your Microsoft Excel CSV (MS-DOS) file that contains your contacts (Names and Phone numbers) to import your contacts.
- All contacts in the file will be fetched into the import screen, then you click on the import button under it to add the fetched contacts into the selected group. See steps in the screenshots below; click to view full.

- At the Distribution list management page, select the added distribution list into which you want to import the contacts
- Click on the import number link displayed below the selected list.
- You will be presented with a pop up window where you can choose your Microsoft Excel CSV (MS-DOS) file that contains your contacts (Phone numbers only) to import your contacts.
